1. Voyagers World

Voyagers World is a website where organizations and institutions from around the world can publish their programs, projects, goals and missions either by paying or for free.   

2. No Endorsement Policy

The contents found in the directories of Voyagers World are provided by organizations and institutions. Voyagers World does not take any responsibility on the authenticity of any of the contents. Voyagers World does not validate or endorse any programs, projects or listings. Voyagers World is not accountable for any hiring practice or admission from institutions and organizations found in Voyagers World directorie

3. Risks

International travel is not without risk. Any travelers before venturing abroad should think seriously about safety, personal health and the prevailing situation. Travelers should consult with many sources including people who have participated in the program before. After making sure you are satisfied, only then you should commit. Voyagers World is neither answerable nor responsible for any risks associated with international travel. This includes but is not limited to institutions and organizations listed on Voyagers World, international law, transportation risk, program/project details, sexual, racial and ethnic preference and/or discrimination of program/project providers.

4. CopyRights

Voyagers World owns all the content on the site. Without permission, you are not authorized to copy or use any part of the content. This includes our trademarks also.

5. Content on the site

The content you upload to the site are licensed to Voyagers World non-exclusively, perpetually, irrevocably, royalty-free, with worldwide rights to reproduce, communicate, edit and adapt.  Voyagers World can also sublicense the content at our discretion. You have also given Voyagers World the permission to adapt, edit and alter the content.

Voyagers World ascribes the authorship of the content in general but not always. Hence, you give permission to Voyagers World to not ascribe/attribute authorship of the content. 

6. Conduct on the Site and Prohibited Content

The content you have uploaded to Voyagers World is your responsibility. Before uploading the content, you have to ensure the materials do not infringe any laws or rights. You must also ensure the information doesn’t maliciously or falsely accuse any person, infringe any intellectual property rights, publish personal information that are contrary to our privacy policy, and contain language and/or content that is coarse.

You must not also upload unwanted or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials that initiate or perpetuate any spam or junk mail or which have the potential to start unsolicited communication. If you want to publish someone else’s copyrighted material or trademark in your listing, you can only do so after obtaining our written approval. 

You must also ensure that you do not upload materials that contain software viruses or programs that corrupt or disable hardware and software of the computer and telecommunication equipments. This also includes not uploading software and tools which collect illegal information from the site or break into its servers. 

7. Information Submitted for Posting

When Voyagers World deletes or fails to store the content you’ve submitted for posting, you concur that Voyagers World will have no liability.

8. Account Termination and Removal of Content

The content you have uploaded on Voyagers World remains at our discretion. We have the right to remove or change the materials. If you continuously infringed our terms and conditions, this will result in termination of your registration and any accounts you open in future. If you are aware of any contents that beaches our terms and conditions, please inform us.  

9. Use of Cookies

Voyagers World makes very limited use of the cookies. The cookies are mainly for the purpose of tailoring web pages for you each time you visit Voyagers World. This is done when Voyagers World’s web server sends a small message to your web browser. The browser saves the message. Each time you visit our website, the browser sends this message to our web server. This makes communication between the two makes it efficient for the page to get loaded quickly. Cookies are not used for any other purpose. You do have the option of turning the cookies off. Doing this, however, will restrict what you can get out of our website. 

10. E-newsletters

Voyagers World collects email addresses to distribute e-newsletters. You have subscribed to receive the e-newsletters. The email addresses are stored securely and safely. Voyagers World does not have a policy of disclosing email addresses to other parties. You do not need to worry about that. However, we may need to disclose your email addresses to contractors who help us create and distribute e-newsletter, and to companies in the Voyagers World family. 

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Material on the Voyagers World website may not be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for any content you read and the decisions you make based on it. Voyagers world provides information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use the information at your own risk. Voyagers World expressly disclaims all warranties of any with kind respect to the site and services, whether express or implied including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The above exclusions may not apply to you as some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Voyagers World also makes no warranty that the website will match your prerequisites or will present information in a timely, interrupted, accurate, complete or error-free manner. You acknowledge and understand that your only option with respect to any flaw in or displeasure with the website is to stop the use of the website 

12. NO LIABILITY

In no incident will Voyagers World or any of its affiliates, employees, and officers can be held liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the access or use of this website, even if Voyagers World has been advised of the possibility of damages. Your only option is to stop using the website. Voyagers world is also not liable from any errors on the website and of typographical errors, omissions, or misinformation in any listings. Voyagers World is a comprehensive travel directory. The users are at their own discretion when using the site. Voyagers World also does not endorse the content on its site or guarantee that they have or will abide by privacy statement despite providing links on our website of other sites. When you leave voyagers world and visit such linked sites, you are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the providers of those sites. We advice you to read the privacy statements of these sites before relinquishing your personal information.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyagers World and its affiliates, employees, and officers from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, proceedings and any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, payments and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and expenses arising out of, directly or indirectly, your use of the website including, without limitation (a) any Content thereon, and (b) any use of the site that violates the Terms and Conditions.

14. Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that the relationship between you and Voyagers World will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without respect to its conflict of laws, provisions and that venue with respect to any dispute between you and Voyagers World will rest exclusively in the courts of Tarrant County, Euless, Texas.

15. Notification of Changes

The Terms and Conditions will be modified, altered and changed when necessary. A revised Terms and Conditions will be posted after the changes have been made. Voyagers World has all the right to add to or make changes to the Terms and Conditions. You know and recognize that Voyagers World will modify, adjust and launch restrictions and other clauses while using the site.

16. Privacy Policy

Voyagers World does not sell your contact details to marketing companies for spamming. Voyagers World only collects personal information because they are necessary. Details like names, addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers are what we look for when we collect personal information. This information will remain securely with Voyagers World.

Voyagers World is keen to receive feedback from people who use our services or visit us for information. We welcome blogs, contributions and any recommendations. But we also ask our contributors to respect others’ privacy and not be libelous or use coarse words. When you respect others privacy, your message will be read more and become more effective.

When you include your personal information in these messages, Voyagers World will think that you are happy and trust our services. If we want to use your personal information in our publications, we will ask for prior approval from you. On the other hand, if you want your personal information to be deleted, please information us about this. We will remove the information at the next practical opportunity.

The Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website. The Terms and Conditions also constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyagers World. Between you and Voyagers World there is no agency, company or employee-employer. When you use third party materials or services that are available or featured in the website, you may be subjected to additional terms and conditions.

If any court having competent jurisdiction finds any clause on the Terms and Conditions invalid, the rest of the Terms and Conditions will still remain unaffected and valid and remain in full force. When Voyagers World fails to enforce any conditions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, this shall not constitute a waiver of such right or condition. You agree that any claim or reason for action arising out of Terms and Conditions must be filed within one year after such an incident.
